After a few researches, I decided to undergo my LASIK surgery at Moorfields Hospital with Dr. Osama Elgeneidy. I had a comfortable experience from start to end. The staff, from the receptionist to the nurse, and of course the doctor, were very professional and caring. Dr. Osama took the time to explain each step and detail to me and always had extra time to answer any questions I had, even during the follow-ups. On the day of the surgery, I was a bit nervous; however, the staff did their best to comfort me and made sure I was fine all the way. Even during surgery, a very kind nurse held my hand. The procedure went smoothly since the doctor explained every step to me in detail prior. I am very satisfied and happy with the result. Big thanks to Dr. Osama for his professionalism, whom I highly recommend, and to all the staff at Moorfields Hospital. My eyesight feels like new! :)
